At ADL Cleaning Services, we value our customers’ time and strive to provide reliable and professional cleaning services throughout Easton, PA and surrounding areas. To ensure smooth scheduling and quality service, we kindly ask all clients to review our cancellation and rescheduling policy.
We require at least 6 to 12 hours notice for any cleaning appointment reschedules or cancellations. If a cancellation is made without proper notice and the cleaning appointment is not rescheduled within the allowed timeframe, a $25.00 cancellation fee will apply.
Exceptions may be considered in cases of emergencies or illness. However, repeated cancellations, even during emergency situations, may still result in an additional cancellation charge.
Our standard cleaning hours are from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If our cleaning staff is unable to access the property during the scheduled appointment time due to being locked out or turned away, a $50.00 cancellation fee will be added to the cleaning service rate.
At ADL Cleaning Services, we treat every home and property with care and professionalism. However, customers requesting cleaning for delicate, antique, sentimental, or valuable items, or requesting the use of personal equipment, agree to release ADL Cleaning Services from liability for accidental damage or breakage.
While we make every effort to avoid accidents, limited liability coverage may apply for repair or replacement when appropriate. Damage claims must be reported by phone or email within 1 business day after service.
ADL Cleaning Services is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
We do not offer refunds for cleaning dissatisfaction, but we are happy to return and address concerns reported within 1 business day of service. Photos or videos are required for disputes, and full payment must be completed before any follow-up cleaning service is scheduled.

ADL Cleaning Services accepts payments through Zelle, Venmo, cash, checks, and credit cards. Credit card payments include an additional $10.00 processing fee. Cleaning staff do not collect payments directly, although tips are always appreciated.
Invoices will be sent by email, text message, or postal mail once the cleaning appointment is scheduled and confirmed. Payments must be completed before or on the day of the scheduled cleaning service.
First-time customers are required to submit a refundable $50.00 deposit to secure their appointment.
Cleaning payments must be completed within 1 business day after the scheduled service. Any unpaid balance after this period will incur a $50.00 late fee per day until the full payment is received.
We Respect Your Time & Property
At ADL Cleaning Services, we value your time, comfort, and personal property. We kindly ask customers to review their service invoice carefully, as our cleaning staff uses it as a checklist to ensure all requested cleaning tasks are completed properly.
For the protection of your belongings, cleaners do not move personal items, furniture, paperwork, or items left on desks, tables, or beds unless specifically requested by the customer. Sheets and linens will also remain untouched unless bedding service is requested.
